Music

Music is something that pervades every aspect of our lives. Whether we’re driving our cars in the summer with the windows down and the speakers blasting, or sitting on the bus listening to our iPods, or just hearing Cheatham walking through the halls singing the Lion King song, music is all around us. For some, music is their lives. They spend every waking moment singing a song, making a beat, or writing down lyrics. For others, music is an escape. It’s a way to get through the day, to release your emotions by listening to say that seems to know exactly what you’re going through. Whatever your reason for listening to music is, one thing is certain; we all spend quality time doing it, regardless of our preferred genre, artist, or band. So my question is simple; what is your favorite song, and why?

  2. I honestly cant say I have a favorit song, because every day a good song comes on and it becomes my favorit. I atleast have like 3-4 different favorit songs a month. Ok well right now my favorit song is "Nothin On You" by B.o.B., but im sure its going to change. I dont know why I like it, it could be the beat. When I listen to music i mostly listen to the beats then the words. I try to listen to the words but I end up listening to the beats. Music does help me get through the day, its my confort zone.

  3. Its really hard to pick a favorite song because there are so many good songs. Plus new song come out everyday so I cant ever pick a favorite song. Music is a great way to keep yourself in a good mood and escape all the realities of the world I use music to escape from all my problems.

  4. For myself, picking just one song and calling it a favorite is close to impossible. There are way too many songs that I like and way too many emotions to put just one in each category. However, I can probably narrow it down to, not all but a few, albums that I don't mind listening to on a regular basis (not in a particular order).

  6. I really like this post, it's simple and true. I'd say my favorite song would be... 'the boy who blocked his own shot by brand new', or 'tiny vessels by death cab for cutie' orrr 'paranoid android- radiohead, but covered by sia.'
